We stayed here based on the reviews. Overall it was great. But the place was so packed and the dinner was extremely crowded. They also now charge you .50 per drink. You used to get three drinks free. Now you can have three drinks...but you have to pay first. Food was average...but it was free...so it was fine. But it was so crowded. They need more tables. Same thing with breakfast. We had to eat breakfast without using a table. But again..the food was fine. They did run out of things...but were working very hard to keep up with the pace. The staff was very nice. We did not use the pool...as it was also too crowded. The room was clean. But we had a room at the end of the hall by the stairs and it was loud if anyone was using the stairs. The bathrooms in these end rooms are TINY....very tiny. The other rooms have bigger bathrooms and I think they have sinks outside the bathroom. The sink was in the bathroom and it was such a tiny bathroom. You could barely move in there at all. The rest of the room was huge. SO this is a poor design. The bathroom should have been bigger...because there was tons of space in the actual room. There was a very comfortable recliner, a frig and a microwave and a VERY comfortable bed. All in all it was fine. It was just not relaxing with so many people there. And the bathroom was too small.

Room Tip: DO not get a room by the stairs. They have tiny bathrooms and the noise on the stairs is awful.

Very convenient location at Exit 22 off of I-65. The hotel is next door to Outback and Ihop. It's a good value ( good free included breakfast and light diner). Exceptionally nice staff. Kudos to Mary at the front desk. Be sure to pick up a coupon book at the Kentucky Welcome Station.

We have stayed here several times and it is always a great place to stay. We travel with a pet and they make it easy. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Having both a breakfast and light supper is an added bonus. It can sometimes get really full at meals and you may have problems finding a seat. We will definately stay here again.

I've stayed at many Drury's, but the people working at this one is what made the stay so special.
My family stayed over a weekend to visit Mammoth Cave and Nashville, TN.
We had not been to either location, so were still contemplating things to do in Nashville.
One night around 10pm we were in the lobby area having the nicest conversation with Derrick (front desk clerk) about things to do there. We see Derrick again the next morning at breakfast, and next thing we know, the hotel manager, Michael comes over and says I heard you were going to Nashville. He then asked if we'd like to hear his suggestions- he had lived there and was very familiar with the city. The 5pm kickback had a very nice woman working- I believe her name is Stephanie. The hotel was clean, the service was great and the employees were fantastic!

I can't say too much more than what's already been reviewed about this Drury Inn.
Employees friendly, the beds are comfortable, meals great & a perk is you don't have to leave the building for a light supper & a true "hot breakfast." Not just the hot breakfast some claim by having a waffle maker. I saw someone bring in their dog (not a seeing eye dog) which I didn't know Drury allowed.

Friends told us about these hotels so we thought we would give it a try. We were very pleased. Regular price during the week is around $89.00 but stop at a welcome centre or rest area and pick up hotel coupon books. The coupon lets you stay here for $64.95 plus $5.00 per extra person. The hotel offers you, a light dinner which includes hot dogs, baked potatoes, salad, chicken fingers, chili, pasta, tortilla chips with the fixings, fruit, along with coffee, tea and all kinds of soft drinks. You also get 3 alcoholic drinks for free per person. (In Kentucky it will cost you .53 cents ea.) Breafast is also included in this price which gives you: scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, porridge, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, bread, jams, fruit, waffles. Every person involved with Drury were the friendliest that I have ever run into during a hotel stay.

Breakfast is served from 6-10 during the week and from 7-10 on weekends.

NOTE: The light dinner and drinks are only from 5:30 - 7:00 and the coupons do not work with advanced bookiings.

These hotels seem to be only on the west coast. I found the one in Cinci Ohio to be very expensive and probably won`t stay there again. Louisville and Bowling Green Kentucky were great. Cinci`s price was $137.00 this was for a 2 queen bed room.
