“Great "kickout" early evening meal!”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

I have come to Bowling Green a few times, and every time I stayed here. The room is very clean and comfortable, the special early evening meal is a nice surprise, and the front desk was very helpful. I needed help from them to get a map, and although the place I was going was not on the map, the lady helped me printed out an online map so I could see where I was going. It's very nice help.

This was the second time we have stayed there. Since the Hampton was booked. It's a great place to stay.

Handy because a Outback, I-HOP and Chewy's are next door or close walking distance.

Rooms are big clean and staft very helpful.

Room Tip: For the price a suite is a good value.

Was blown away by the welcome we received on arrival. Both Jessica, on the front desk & Michael the GM came out to greet us. Not all staff are this welcoming. They were very keen to meet my husband Tom Denniss, who is currently running around the world to gain a Guinness World Record and raising money for charity at the same time. The room was clean and comfortable. They have happy hour at the hotel which was fun; haven't experienced that before! Breakfast was great. Good internet connection. Would recommend to others.

We stayed here for a weekend during a race. I am married with two small children. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the hot food in the evening but the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel manager was there both mornings making sure everything was kept tidy and talking to residents. I have never stayed anywhere that had a friendlier staff. They were over the top with kindness. They truly tried to make sure everyone was happy. I was impressed to say the least. One other perk that was nice was that they have free soda fountain drinks until 10 pm every day along with free popcorn. The room was nice and clean. We had a one bedroom suite which was nice with the kids. When i go back to bowling green i won't even bother looking at other hotels. Drury will be my only choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Check-in was fast and friendly. We were able to get a group rate and they matched the very reasonable rate given to another group. Popcorn and drinks are served in the lobby after 3pm - and we had a good time playing cards while awaiting the evening snack. The 'snack' is a meal - we had nacho's with beef, refried beans, melted cheese, hot dogs, awesome baked potatoes, a vege tray, nice salad, pretzels and chips. A nice selection of alcoholic drinks for 50 cents. During the evening snack, management made sure our tables were cleared and all our needs met. Shareef was especially friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was also fantastic - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, french toast, cereal, donuts, breads and bagels, Belgium waffles, juices - and again the staff was attentive to our needs.

We happened to be in town for a tournament - and unfortunately, it rained - changing the format. We were scheduled to stay 2 nights, but ended up staying only one. The front desk was very generous and gave us a late check-out. We couldn't ask for more hospitality.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. I like the ability to use the computer in the lobby if needed. Also, the breakfast and happy hour, as well as, popcorn and beverages available all day. There were a lot of kids (sports teams, families, etc.) running around allover the hotel but it was quiet in our room. The parking was convenient and it is located on the same street as lots of restaurants and shopping. Everything else was within a short drive. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to look for Drury Inn's on all of our trips.

We slept there one night (main floor) and during the night something bit me. I got up and looked and I had two large bites and it was bleeding. I spoke to the hotel manager and he said that I was the 5th complaint since this last March (of 2012). He was kind and apologetic to reimburse our stay. But we will not return to a Drury Inn, I had to throw my sleepware in the trash since bed bugs attach to your clothing and travel with you. People have nightmares to try and get rid of them... extremely expensive and long-going effort. The Manager at this location was very kind!

Thank you for your comments and being our guest. At Drury we take our guest comments very seriously and called our exterminator to inspect the room for pest. The exterminator was able to make it to our property on the day you checked out. After a careful inspection, he cleared the room and stated it was free of pests. No bed bugs or evidence of them were found. We appreciate you informing us of the concerns you had during your stay. Feedback of any kind either positive or less than positive only serves to help us improve the service we strive to deliver to all our guest.

Thanks again and we hope to be able serve you again in the very near future.
