“Good Margaritas, average food, bad service”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

This restaurant is adequate. The food is edible, the drinks are good and the service is slow and erratic. The bar has trendy decor, but very young student bartenders.

“Good food Margaritas not so good”
Reviewed April 29, 2013 via mobile

The Elvis Chicken is great. Chips and salsa are good. The Margaritas are lacking a important ingredient! Tequila!!! They taste like Virgin Margaritas! Come on guys. If I want a virgin margarita I will order it!

“Good, not great Mexican”
Reviewed April 22, 2013

Local friends recommended Chuy's. The atmosphere is noisy fun. My waitress was cheerful and recommended the special, a stuffed avocado. The chicken in it was good but the combination was just OK. I'm not much for beans and rice, but these were still among the worst I've had. I thought the menu was very weak as well, with only one seafood selection for example. Bottom line is I'd go back, but even both the Mexican restaurants we like back home leave Chuy's in the dust.

“Great place!”

Excellent food. Fun atmosphere. Family friendly. Best handmade chips and queso. Could make a meal on those alone.

“Great Service!”

Service was phenomenal! There are a variety of different sauces to try and the server will bring you samples before ordering. Food was good too!
