A great park to sit and enjoy the sites and surroundings. Also, great venue for concerts in the park, festivals, and other events. Close parking is limited, but there are large lots behind the restaurants and theatre. Love this place, and have been visiting it for over two decades.

Small square in the middle of downtown Bowling Green. Really nice to walk around when the weather is warm and see people walking or eating outside at the restaurants on the square. Very nice fountain in the middle too.

This is not a spectacular square; just a nice quiet square that you can imagine has seen a lot of history over the decades including a fairly recent recovery from state of neglect. I recommend getting a brochure describing the historical buildings around the square and appreciate the foresight of those who kept these buildings from being bulldozed.

This is a beautiful area but we expected the park to be bigger than it was. We did get some lovely pictures there but will not go again.

Visited this park over Memorial Day weekend and we were very impressed with its beauty. The grounds are meticulously kept and abundant with seasonal blooms. The day we visited, we arrived a few hours before a wedding was scheduled to take place in the park. The chairs were neatly aligned and empty, however, one violinist played soft music next to the entrance . . undoubtedly practicing for the impending nuptuals. We only stayed for a few moments, but really enjoyed the scenery of the park along with the soft strums of the violin.
