This place is a bit out of the way and a little drive from the hub area of Bowling Green. But it's worth it! The ice cream is yummy and my fiancee got the big cookie in the pan with ice cream (Moo pan or something) and loved it. It's cute and the service is great!

I saw great reviews on Tripadvisor, so we drove down from Mammoth Cave for some ice cream. It's a barn so obviously it's not going to be in downtown, but it is quite a drive out into the country on 31W to find it. Yes! Great ice cream, mediocre food. We had a group so we ordered the Althea. 4 brownies, 8 scoops of ice cream and all the toppings you want. They were nice about putting some toppings on the side as well. Everyone behind the counter was super excited about making this sundae. Perhaps no one orders it very much? It was $17.99 and we had a group of 6, so it was cost effective for us. A "kid" from the kitchen even ran to his car to get his camera, and the woman behind us in line whips out her Kodak. In all a nice trip and tasty ice cream.

Great place for homemade sandwiches and delicious ice cream! Even a playground in the back, my 4 yr old loved it. The coolest (and tallest!) slide ever!

We were in Bowling Green and kept seeing the signs for Chaney's. After a short drive north on 231 we headed for the place however signs were not posted along the highway and we almost gave up after a few miles and especially after we hit a lot of highway construction. We were a little surprised as all was there was a large barn--named Chaneys. It was earlry and I feel weekends must have a lot more customers. There was no outside activity such as farm products that we had previously seen in some photos. Go for the ice cream!
