Visited on a Saturday fairly late supper. We actually chose this pizza place based on some reviews from here, and the voice of the young lady on the phone when I called to ask the hours. She was upbeat and very pleasant. Karma may have been involved too as we had just walked out, unhappy, from another local pizza place.
The young lady who waited on us was the same person I spoke with on the phone. Friendly and seemed genuinely glad to see us. She guided us to a selection,a double deck pizza. We also ordered a Greek salad and a couple of drinks. My wife and I were engaged in conversation, so we really didn't notice right away that the salad had not arrived at our table, but by the time we noticed, the pizza was ready and they both came to the table at the same time. The salad was fresh and crisp, and although the dressing was a pre pack pouch, the overall was pretty good. The pizza was hot and very good. The toppings were abundant and the sauce was robust. The crust was just the right thickness for this style pizza. Good stuff!
A note about the facility.. As we understand it, the building used to be a Huddle House at one time. Don't expect ambiance or mood. Plastic plates and utensils, but you wouldn't have expected fine china based on the environment. The place was clean, and the employees seemed to get along nicely.
Carryout and delivery seems to be their forte.
So to sum up.. If you want some really good pizza at a reasonable price, at a not too fancy place... this is it.
