Came down for 3 nights for bourbon trail over the 4th of July. Beds were very hard. Behind any piece of furniture it was dirty and had not seen a vacuum in quite a while. Bathroom corners were dirty and the tub began to have spots of mold. That is the bad and it did not take way from our trip.
Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Got a prank call at 3am in morning claiming to be the front desk, was having computer problems and wanted to verify my personal information over the phone. Did not share anything, told the caller I would come down to the desk only to find it was an attempted identity theft and not the front desk. This is no way was the fault of the hotel.
Hotel grounds and pool were spotless with employees very visible working and cleaning.
Morning breakfast was included and very good.
Even with some minor issues would come back to this hotel.
