I like this hotel. The gentleman working the desk was very thorough and friendly when I checked in. Their breakfast was better than a typical continental breakfast and I had a good night's sleep. The only reason I don't give it a 5 out of 5 is because the rooms do seem a bit dated and could use some refurbishing. However, the price was good and it was clean.
This hotel has a good location, close to the airport, Towne West Mall, and many of places to eat. The rooms open up to the atrium and it is well maintained and kept up. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel in a long time. I will stay here again in the future.

This motel is older but it has a very nice lobby area. The rooms are all interior entrance. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly. The room was very spacious and included a nice work desk, chair, easy chair and loveseat. The TV was a large flat screen and it was mounted to the wall and would swivel so you could see it anywhere in the room and there was a nice selection of channels. The bathroom countertop was nice and large and outside the bathroom. The water in the morning was very hot and had great water pressure. The internet service was good and I had no trouble downloading what I needed. The bed was very firm and comfortable. The hallway noise was not bad and with the window closed you couldn't hear the planes from the nearby airport. I feel this motel is a good value and I would stay there again.

This is an older facility and somewhat dated, but the room was spacious and clean. The hotel had a certain charm - we liked the way all the rooms opened onto a walkway that surrounded the atrium. The breakfast was very good, and we even had fresh strawberries. The price was very reasonable; we would stay here again.
We booked this hotel to be closed to airport (as we are flying out very early in the morning) as well as really closed to our favourite place to eat. Price was right for good location as well as conveniences. Are we in for a surprised when we step in. We were greeted very politely and patiencely at the front desk with all our doubts. Room given was very spacious, clean, heater work fine, bed firm, small pillows that ok as long as they are soft and comfortable, sheets clean, no smoke smell, but there is a chip in the tub which really didnt bother us. Purpose of booking the room is to get a good rest and good night sleep. The room was very quite, it was facing the highway. Breakfast was kept hot (for hot food) or chilled right for the cool stuffs. We were very satisfied with overall that we booked for our returned trip from overseas and requested for the same room and they did as requested and this time the bathtub was fixed (thumb up!!!). A very satisfactory customer, cannot find any to complaint, good location, clean environment, friendly services, price is right....got a good night sleep, what more can one ask for? Sure to be back again the next time round. No regret.
This is our third stay at this hotel. We like it for it's location and price. Easy off and on from 400/54 highway. It is always quiet. Front desk staff has always been friendly and pleasant. Hotel lobby opens to an "atrium" where breakfast is served. We have never tried the breakfast. The decor is outdated...something from the 80's/early 90's. Carpet could be replaced as well. Our room was on the third floor this time and even though it faced 400/54 highway, it was still very quiet. We had a king room suite. Very large roome. Some of the furnishings have been updated, some have not. Bed was nice and firm, sheets, pillows, bedding was clean. Heater worked just fine. The main room that needed work was the bathroom. Paint was chipping off the ceiling and walls. The tub really should be replaced. You can see it's wear and tear from water erosion, etc. Back splash paneling within the tub/shower was outdated...some more of that 80's decor. I am not sure how muc longer the toilet will flush. And I noticed some kind of bug...maybe a roach? Didn't see anymore.
This was the worst bathroom that we have had over the three times we have stayed.
For the money and the location, we will definately stay here again.
