My first impression of the hotel was that the staff were very friendly, the reception/lounge area was very modern and the towns bars and restraunts were only a few steps away. Complimentary tea/coffee is available in the reception area and they have a little shop if you fancy a snack.

I stayed for 5 nights, the suite was huge with a kitchen, dining table, lounge and massive bedroom and bathroom, unlike the main public area the decor was very dated but it was very clean and I liked that it had a coffee maker.

The Negatives, I ordered room service on two evenings and on both occassions my order was wrong also if you want a quiet room I suggest you tell them in advance, I wanted an early night on the Friday as I had an early flight, unfortunatley my bedroom overlooked 'The Pump House' Bar and had live music playing until after 11 but I guess this is only a problem if you need to get up early.

Finally the hotel has two car parks one at the rear and one at the side, on my first night I parked at the rear, but going to my car in the dark at 06.30am made me nervous so for the rest of the stay I used car park to the side which was on a main road and better lit .

Overall a nice friendly hotel in a great location if you want to experience the local nightlife.

This hotel, right in old town, is your typical courtyard; well maintained, newish. The rooms are spacious.

As other reviewers have noted, it's a bit overpriced. However, it's often booked, so that's just my perception.

The difficulty with this property is parking. You must pay a daily rate. In addition, they make you fill out a form and walk back outside and put it back in your car. A bunch of extra work and inconvenience, and you have to pay! what an insult. Of course, this is not disclosed when you make the reservation.

Parking, 8 bucks a day, no covered parking. Had a suite, it was nice. Hotel was centered in the middle of everything.

Nice large King room, great breakfast! easy free parking, Nice laundry facilities and could duck outside to the "happening parts of Wichita" (by a side door). Great location! Great lady who does omelets and sweet young women working the breakfast time!
Stayed on the Old Towne hotel last time and went w/ the CY this time for points and would do it again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is within blocks of many different restaurants, bars and activities. The location is great for those who are visiting Wichita strictly for pleasure.

The hotel itself is an average Courtyard that is terribly overpriced. The parking is an additional $8 a day on top of a rate that is probably somewhere around $160. Due to the ridiculous nightly rate, I would not stay here again.
