“Newly Remodeled”
Reviewed July 31, 2012

The lobby has recently been remodeled as well as the carpeting in the rooms. The hallway carpet has not bee updated yet, but the staff said that they would begin that in the next couple of days. The rooms were clean and most of the staff was very friendly.

Room has been newly remodeled with new carpeting. Staff is courteous and helpful. Front Desk clerk started the breakfast to ensure that the early risers would have something to eat. Grab and Go Breakfast Bags are available. Easy access off the highway. Quiet room. Will stay again.

Room Tip: Quiet area throughout

A few miles south of I-70, but that wasn't much of a problem. It was very convenient to three different stores we needed to visit to get supplies for our continuing trip. We wound up with a minor problem with our room. We notified the night manager, who made the situation right immediately. The next morning (again, after a GREAT breakfast - with lots of variety), we were checking out, and when I mentioned the minor issue we had experienced, the manager promptly nixed the bill and gave us the night free - no questions asked! That's service! It's one of the reasons we always try to stay at Hamptons when we travel.

My husband and I were there May 8th for a busines trip. We arrived early and the front desk were wonderful about letting us checkin early. Hubby was really glad as he didn't know what he was going to do while I was at the first meeting. Everything was clean and neat when we got to our room. The bed was very comfortable that night and breakfast was tasty and fresh. The attendant kept things full and was friendly to all the guests. Check out went as smoothly as check in. There plenty of restaurants in the area. The pool looked great, but we didn't bring suits,so didn't partake.

We stayed at this property on 2/13/2012 .. As frequent visitors to Hampton Inns (and other Hilton properties), this particular location would rank near the bottom of our list -- especially when it comes to service. They are renovating the front lobby which, undoubtedly, complicates the operation -- but, based on our recent experience -- they have done poorly in adjusting their 'service quotient' to offset for their renovation.

Hampton Inns are usually my first choice and wasn't disappointed. Their pool was warmer than most hotel pools which was nice. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast, as usual, was great.

I stayed one night here en route to Colorado -- after an 8 hour drive. The service was excellent! First, I called for a reservation when I was on the road, and the Front Desk staffer suggested I take a room on the 3rd floor so it would be quiet. An easy check-in, and my room was in great shape - quiet, comfortable bed, good internet. Breakfast in the morning featured hot items (eggs, meats, etc) and the coffee was quite good actually. There are several restaurants nearby as well.

Room Tip: take a room on the 3rd floor...no noise whatsoever
