We did not have reservations and stopped after reading some of the reviews. This motel is in transition, to say the least. Julie was at the front desk when we arrived and she was very personable and accommodating. The pool is closed for the season - didn't state which season. The room we were given was supposed to have been remodeled. There were only three pillows on a king sized bed, no kleenex, no shampoo, no extra blankets or pillows, and no coffee maker. There was a table and one chair. The remodeling of the bathroom was limited to new laminate flooring, which had excess glue all over it. As you can see by the photos, there was enough light coming in around the door that no night light was needed. The heating system was noisy and the fridge was as well. The bathtub was so filthy and the towels so stained and thin we elected to not shower. The sheets were cleaned but dingy. There was only a thin blanket on the bed. The surround around the mounted TV had fallen off and was placed on the floor under the TV. You can hear anyone talking in the hallway, and water running in other rooms. There was free coffee in the lobby in the morning, though there was no place to sit in the lobby. Would not stay there again.

What a nice motel especially for a motel 6! Clean, very comfortable beds. Many years since we stayed at a Motel 6. Refrigerator, microwave. Everything new! The only complaint was the heater woke me every time it came on. It was one of those under the window wall mounted units that do tend to be noisy, anyway. We generally travel with our own RV as neither of us are fond of motels. This was an emeregeny trip to Kansas and we would certainly stay here again. No coffee maker in the room. At least 700 tread count sheets on the beds. Certainly adiquite for the price and then some.

If you like a front desk with no people to help you
If you like entry way doors that are not locked at night
If you like dirty old imitations flowers
If you like a room with the only window looking out into a dingy room with ceiling tile falling down.
If you like stinky rooms and dirty carpet
If you like hot and cold faucets that do not know temperatures
Then this motel is just for you.

I was had planned to stay at the Evergreen Inn in Pratt but it was full so I reluctantly called the Regency Inn and reserved a room. The woman at the front desk was friendly and check in was smooth. I had a room in the non-smoking building and it was spotless. Everything in the room was in working order. The bed was comfy and there was a flat screen television. There was a stocked coffee maker, soap, shampoo, and an iron all in the room. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Over all it was a pleasant stay and I would come here again.

My recent stay at the Regency Inn and Suites in Pratt, KS was not too shabby. The hotel was formerly a Holiday Inn. It has an indoor pool and pool area. The best feature of this is the price. It is very reasonable when compared to the surrounding accommodations...

I don't demand much much but they close their breakfast (continental) buffet down at 9am
and since this is almost out of town, there is no place near to get breakfast or coffee.
I didn't feel like brewing my own and using powdered creamer. There was mold in the
shower and the exhaust fan didn't work. The woman at the front desk in the evening
was very nice.
