We stayed for one week. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful and even arranged so we could have chairs to enjoy the fourth of July events at a nearby field. The breakfast was good, but the waffle maker and batter didn't work well for us on any of the days.
The beds were pretty worn out (queen and soft-sleeper both were this way). The room service did not seem to know how to put the pad on the sofa-sleepeer to make it more comfortable. The pillows (both feather and foam) were also not very comfortable either - they seemed well-worn.
The jacuzzi was broken the whole time we were there and both it and the pool did not seem to be as clean as our past stays at this hotel.More
