The staff was very friendly and the hotel had a warm fieling. Rooms where cleaned and confortable. The Internet was fast and reliable. The morning Breakfast had a good variety of items. Great value and Great stay. Thank You

Definitely would pay the extra 10 to get the suite. Only problem was there was a wedding going on. We had to walk through part of the reception to get to the pool. The room was clean, the bed could have been a little softer. The sofa turned into a bed in the suites...a great bonus. Other than that the stay was great.

Just stayed in room 303 and woke up to bed bugs. Collected a few bugs and took to main desk, although apologetic, there was no element of surprise or any type of reassurance the specimens I provided would even be tested or reviewed.

Hello! Thank you so much for taking time to review our hotel. I know your time is valuable and we appreciate your feedback.

I am very sorry that you didn't feel we followed up quick enough. We have been in contact at this time but want to say again, we are here 24/7 and you have all of my contact info, and we are here for you to answer any questions and assist in any way we can.

Any time there is suspicion or evidence of a pest problem in a room we call our pest control service provider immediately for them to come out and inspect the room in question and the surrounding rooms and treat all the rooms when necessary. We will have the room out of order for a time with extensive inspections. We have a procedure in place for all rooms to be inspected in detail on a regular basis to be proactive about any possible issue.

We know this is a serious concerns for travelers, it serious for us too!

Our room was very clean and the staff at the front desk very helpful - helped us with menu for a restaurant that delivered to the hotel. Hotel was easy to locate. The breakfast menu had a lot of choices and tables to sit and eat. Complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies are a nice and appreciated touch. The lobby is very welcoming with the two sided fireplace.

The beds are SO comfortable - felt like we were sleeping on clouds! We also got a free room upgrade to a suite, which was so nice with our 3 month old along. Comfortable, clean, and excellent breakfast and service!

Chose to stay at this Hampton Inn....best price in the Kansas City Area. Every Hampton Inn I have stayed in provides a nice experience and this one did the same! Nice staff, clean and well-maintained building, great breakfast, free in-room internet, nice beds, good bathrooms. All in all, great quality for the price!

My granddaughter and I travel several times a year to Kansas City. This hotel way exceeded our expectations. The girls loved the pool and the breakfast had many healthy choices. The hotel has easy access to many Kansas City activities. We have found our Kansas City home and look forward to our next visit.
