The hotel staff were friendly and it was an easy on and off the I-135 interstate.
The lobby was clean and inviting. The clerk was helpful in referring me to a nice BBQ place. However, the room needed some attention. The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and cracked. The wall near the desk in my room was cracked indicating the foundation has settled or worse.
There were several restaurants in close proximity. I can't complain about the food. I had good meals in each of the eateries.
The street used to access the hotel is more of a parking lot that is common to several stores than a street. I drove right by it the first time I tried to find it. I found it by saying to myself, "I can see it. It's over there. The heck with it, I'll drive through this parking lot." Little did I know it was a street! It was little better than driving a rutted dirt road that had been paved without being leveled. It isn't the hotel's responsibility to fix city roads, but it does detract from the hotel appeal.
In consideration of the other hotels in the area, I would stay there again.More
