A very large indoor Museum filled with a mix of rare and vintage private planes, Military fighters and bombers from WWII , helecopters from Vietnam, and more modern jet fighters on the outside. Really nice gift shop, and areas for group meetingscand veteran reunions. Set on a B-24 base from wwii. NICE FACILITY with some very nice displays strung throughtout the well maintained planes. Well worth traveling to see this museum. Usually has a air show in September of eAch year.

I am always a bit sad when I visit the air museum. They have a fantastic top notch collection of all types of aircraft, and there is never anyone there to look at them. From the F4U Corsair, the TBM Avenger, to the B25 Mitchell, they have everything for the warbird buff. The General Aviation collection is second to none. If you are an aviation nut, you simply cannot miss this collection!

The museum is old and outdated. Needs some more attention paid to it. Hard to be too critical because they are on a tight budget and can only do so much.
