“Great place to stay.”

Immaculate. Everything looks brand new. Comfy linens. Front desk personnel very nice. The kids had trouble getting the TV to turn on and someone was up fixing the problem before we we done unpacking. The woman who ran the free breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

Be sure to reserve on the web. The Hampton Inn website gives a $99 rate but they charge you $116 for the same room if you call--even in advance. The room was very clean, but very small. There also is no full-length mirror.

The service, the personnel, of course the bed, and everything about this Hampton Inn was just as I expected. I always feel that I've "come home" when I go to another Hampton Inn.

Room Tip: I don't think that I've ever had a bad room in a Hampton Inn.

Stayed here on the last leg of a cross country road trip. We arrived about 7:30 pm, and the friendly staff quickly got us checked in. The lobby is beautiful and inviting although the area between the front desk and the breakfast area is kind of tight. Lots of soft sofas and chairs and also a large island with tall stools for the breakfast area. Dark wood is really pretty everywhere and the soft colors really set the right atmosphere.

The rooms were decorated in a similar manner and were really nice. I love the Hampton Inn signature lap desk. Bathroom big and clean, nice dark wood cubbies with folded towels inside. No fan in bathroom but I'm seeing that more and more on our trip.

In the main room the wall was covered with a dark wood built-in bookcase that included a desk and chest of drawers. Nice beds with great soft covers. Flat screen tv on tall cabinet was easily seen from the beds. Only negative - not as many outlets as I'd like to have.

Best part for me? The closet outside the bathroom has a wide door and is entirely a mirror! I was able to get out of the bathroom and do makeup and hair in the main room while the husband showered. Convenient outlet on the wall nearby as well.

Breakfast in the lobby was eggs, sausage, homr fried potatoes, ready made oatmeal (not the packets), yogurt, fresh fruit salad, rolls, bagels, waffle making station, cold cereal. More than adequate for just about everyone.

Front desk clerk on checkout also very friendly and helped us using a couple of cards to pay the bill (last day of long trip). Could not have been nicer.

Would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed with the lady working in the breakfast room, who twice helped an elderly man with such compassion and care, first helping him find a suitable substitute for something they didn't have, then helping him find his way out of the confusing (to him) breakfast area. I also loved how the stairs were designed: open and carpeted and easily accessible. I used them often, instead of the elevator. And I just remembered that the check-in staff was also very friendly! Since we were just passing through town, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

The staff is very friendly, easy check in. Rooms are nice but small. They manage to pack a lot in a small space. Large shower instead of tub/shower combo, small sink area. Cleanliness was "good" but could have been better. It looked like the room might not have been vacuumed and couldn't tell if the toilet bowl had not been cleaned thoroughly or there were spots on the bowl that can't be removed. Overall, I would probably still stay there again because the bed was comfortable and the homemade cookies in the late afternoon/evening were a nice touch!

Room Tip: Ask for a larger room if you don't like small spaces and if not available, there are many other...

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is quite new, so everything was clean and in perfect order. Had to wait a long time during check-in, because computer was down, but not a big deal. Breakfast was ok, standard Hampton Inn. Location is very close to the highway, but no noise in the room. For dining options you´d have to drive 3-5 mins. Would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Colby.
