Great place for kids as love to build their own Monoglian grill bowl - and then get to watch then cook on the circular grill, can get busy in the evenings, but they are able to get you in and out without being pushy, and for those with hearty appetities you can build your bowl as much as you like.

Love the Mongolian BBQ. I get to make my own and watch them grill it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Great food!

This is a perfect spot for the Atkinds dieter. Pick you meat and add your veggies and grill it up. Lots of sauces to choose from. Clean and friendly staff.

The line waiting for a table at times goes out the door. Once you have dined here you know why. It's Not poor service or long wait for your food, it's the number of people who agree with me and come here to eat. Once seated, the server is usually very prompt (depending on how many were seated in his/her section ahead of you). The server is quick to ask if you've been here before. If the answer is yes, the conversation moves on to what beverages you would like and if you would like any appetizers. Our answer to appetizers is always "no, thank you" as we don't want to take up room with the usual crab rangoons or egg rolls when there is so MUCH great food ahead at the grill. If your answer was no to being here before, the server describes how the ingredient selection and preparation works. You are now free to graze (yes graze) your eyes over fresh meats and seafoods, noodles, and toppings beyond imagination (tomatoes, spinach, pineapple, sliced potatoes, bamboo shoots, tofu, and on and on. Now you add your sauces. With 24 to choose a combination from, ranging from mild to spicy, you're sure to find something you like. The sllliest quesiton the server is forced to ask by the management is "how did it taste?'. If it didn't taste good, you have only yourself to blame. If you don't get it right the first time, try again a second time, third time, or for as long as you are hungry. Oh, I didn't mention the extras you can add after your dish is cooked ~ coconut, chopped peanuts, chinese noodles, and sunflower seeds ~ and the bowl of rice you will find waiting for you at your table. If there is room you can order dessert, but who wants to after the great grill meal. The only downside is the hussle bussle atmosphere, but who cares when the food is this good. You'll have to excuse me now. I have made myself hungry and I'm off to HuHot for Lunch.

We went there for dinner on a Saturday around 6 pm. The place was packed, but we were seated within 5-10 minutes. It did not feel crowded, but the background music made it harder to have a conversation.
For dinner, you get a soup or salad. We picked the egg drop and hot-sour soup, but both were disappointing if you know what they should taste like. The salad might be a better choice.
The food was good and unlimited. Start with one bowl and see how much more you want when you are done. The 5-6 ladles of sauce are NOT too much, as lots of it is reduced during cooking. The spice levels seemed to be low, but then again, I used only one ladle of the hot stuff. The brown rice was fresh, not instant.
The meats and vegetables were fresh, but there were not as many varieties as the web site lists. Chicken, beef, pork, mild and hot sausage, calamari, "krab", pollock were reasonable, but there was no lamb or anything more exotic.
Dinner is $12.99 per person. I am not sure where you could get a deal like this at other dinner places. If you want nicer food, go to a fine dining place and pay $20-30 per entree. If you just want good food that you select yourself, then come here.
