My brother, sister, husband and I were at Red Lobster on Saturday, Feb. 23rd around 4:00pm because of Lobster Fest. We have a handicap placard, but there were no handicap spaces availiable, so we had to go to the VERY back of the parking lot. That was a horrible walk for us.They do need more handicap parking spaces. We felt since the lot was so full, that the wait was going to be horrible, but as it turned out it was just a tad over 5 minutes. The lobster we ordered had a side we didn't want and asked if we could substitute it and our waiter, Kenny, said it was no problem. He was very accomidating. The food was great and even as busy as they were, we never felt pushed to hurry with our meal. It is pricey, but we only go a couple of times a year, as a treat to ourselves, so in that respect it isn't too bad. We would never be able to afford to go even once a month.

Red Lobster is a national chain. They probably spends millions on advertising. Their restaurants are usually busy. The food is decent, the portions are SMALL. The prices are above average for what you get. Staff is nice, efficient, however the lobster tails, which is their signature dish are very small - I would say embarrassing.

Service from Sean was excellent. Started to see downhill roll with chopped tomatoes on salad felt like Taco Bell) , smaller portions and less than stellar presentation of facilities (trash in entry foyer, trash around outside, dust on lights and dirt in bath fans). Red Lobster is managing what was once a great model into a cheap, undesirable restaurant.

The Red Lobster on Westown Pkwy in WDM IA is fabulous!!! In August we were introduced to the best waiter EVER...Jeff! We were there celebrating my Mom's birthday and Jeff made it extra special for all of us there! The Management Team was fantastic as well. They all made sure that we received meals promptly, introduced us to new menu items, and kept our drinks full! We have returned many times since August and have always received top-knotch service from everyone! Thank you for giving us a great place to go for a fabulous meal, and the best service ever!
