Booked our room thru call center told them wife was disabled and i had a pet told them she needed a ground floor because she uses a walker and does not do steps well at all. Got to Waverly Ia super 8 and found out the room was on second floor no elevator and was told sorry call center does that alot (mis leads people) was told by Gary they would not accommodate her disability because of a 2 lb. dog the room we were in reeked of smoke and we don't smoke the toilet flooded bathroom after first use . they sent a woman to fix it she arrived wearing pajamas and no shoes she couldn't fix it then the guy Gary came and fixed it. It was the sorriest hotel experience i have encountered and will never stay at a super 8 anywhere.I also am cancelling wydham rewards
Our bed had been made with obviously dirty sheets. When confronted, management denied it. Refused to do anything about it. Ended up leaving without staying. Won't go back or recommend to anyone I consider a friend or stranger for that matter.
