I love this restaurant and very impressed with the courage, creativity, and ambiance of the place. The restaurant supports locally grown products and artists. The restaurants wine and beer bar is good while you wait for a coveted seat or booth. Down side...eating here frequestly...opens the possibility of deconstructing the chef's palate of "fingerprint". I mean his style (balace of sweet, sour, savory, etc.) becomes recognizable that I would recognize his dish even if it was served in a different restaurant. Great restaurant...was my stand-by...but decided not to go to often...once every season.
