We never got around to trying the Mongolian food, but we were really impressed with the sushi and the chinese food was good. We eat sushi everywhere and have visited Japan several times and we are serious when it comes to sushi - and we like it here. We'll go back and try the Mongolian dishes soon. We found all the food to be the temperature it is supposed to be and the ingredients very fresh.

The buffet contains many, many items and the food is prepared in smaller quantities to insure freshness. There is also a Mongolian grill to cook your food to order and sushi.

The food is all frozen/heated up. Not like Peis where it is made in-house. The day we were there, the buffet was cold, which made it worse. Find some real Chinese food and skip this place.

They have a good selection and the food is fairly fresh. They also have a Mongolian Barbecue so you can create your own dishes. With the latter they could provide a little more in the line of fresh veggies and guidance on the types of sauces/spices that you are putting in the food, but with a little knowledge you can get yourself some knockout food. They have some sushi which is not bad, as well. Dinner will run you around $14 a plate. The manager and waitstaff do not know English very well, and check your bill--we have two children, 6 and 8, and they billed them both at higher prices without asking their ages (but they did correct the bill when it was brought to their attention). You can find some good Americanized-Chinese here and the atmosphere is a nice business-casual that enhances the experience.
