Our whole stay was nice, starting with making our reservation by phone. The lady was so nice. We were there for an Ellsworth College graduation and stayed 2 nights. This motel was clean, convenient, and safe. The price was quite good. We were impressed by the pleasant attitude of all the staff.

Room Tip: Be sure and eat at Princess Pizza downtown, and visit the historic district! Also cross the swinging...

I live in Iowa Falls now. There are 2 hotels in town, and a couple B&B's. I make it a point to tell all my visitors to stay here!! I stayed here for a getaway, and I love the rooms, the pool, and a nice breakfast. Also, the coffee with different syrups!! (would be nice to have a sugar-free option)
Make reservations in advance, just in case. If you have plans in Iowa Falls, it's easiest to stay right here in town. Good restaurants are Las Flores and Princess Pizza (cash only)!
Enjoy your stay- and the 'scenic city'!

This hotel is one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. The rooms are very nice and spacious. And the beds WOW I thought they were awesome very comfortable the sheets and blankets were very nice as well. We went to the pool and hot tub almost every night it was very well kept. The breakfast was good and always stocked until it was time to be put away. The workers were extremely nice and accommodating! I was waiting for my boyfriend to get off of work and they let me wait in the lobby for like 3 hours. The manager told me I could go swimming while I waited for him but I had already packed up all of our stuff. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going through this area!

Room Tip: If you have lots of luggage or are older I would recommend staying on the first floor. I don't t...

Very nice, clean motel. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was typical, good Americinn meal! Would recommend staying here. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting.

Stayed one night on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, in a room with a king size bed on the top floor.

Room was clean, and very comfortable. Wi-fi worked fine. Heard no noise from other rooms, or the hallway. The pool and hot tub were open and clean. Breakfast the next day was okay, typical heated up items like packaged omelets, and biscuits and gravy, with other breakfast items like rolls and cereal.

The people at the front desk were friendly, and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We always choose the top floor in this type of hotel, so as not to hear people walking on the floor...

We've stayed here several times since this motel was built. We have always enjoyed our stays; much better than the other motel options offered in Iowa Falls. A word of caution: be sure to make reservations early as rooms in this city can be difficult to get at times.

Here you will find that the staff members are very friendly and personable. Breakfast is a hit or miss but will suffice most of the time. The coffee is pretty bad as in (watered down) so do plan accordingly. There are a wide variety of tease from pick me uppers to sleepy time. Great location in a small scenic town. There are several places to eat including at the grocery market which serves breakfast lunch and dinner. Over all this is a good place to stay. I prefer the opposite side of the parking lot facing a nice green field with an old rustic pick-up truck.

Thank you for your review of our hotel. We strive to be a top-notch facility in our neck of the woods. Our staff is very friendly and are always willing to help our guests. I do apologize the coffee is not to your liking, the teas appear to be a very popular item, especially as it gets colder outside. We look forward to seeing you on your future travels.
