I've been to Vivo twice in as many months. The first time the wait staff were totally overwhelmed and we had to twice for just about everyting. My husband told the wait staff he wanted his steak medium well while another person at our table ordered the same steak medium rare. He told them he really meant it- don't bring a steak undercooked. The wait staff swapped the steaks which of course neither knew until they started cutting into it and eating it. So the wait staff need more help and training.
The second time, I ordered a past favorite- Tuscan Artichoke Chicken. The mashed potatoes were runny with the sauce, and it arrived without the chicken. Really disappointed.
I have had many very good experiences at Vivo and was very sad to see it is going downhill.
