Jaime, the chef, is also the chef at one of the expensive restaurants on Main St. At Adobos, he cooks up meals that are just as wonderful at a fraction of the cost. $1.75 taqueria-style tacos, a choice of homemade salsas, and the best mole, chipotle, and (especially!) diablo sauces you can find are just a few of the reasons to give Adobos a try.
