We came here just for the buffet as we couldn't decide on a restaurant. The food was good for the price but didn't care much for the casino itself.

We came to the casino by boat. We got a slip behind the museum at the Port of Dubuque Marina. It was a short walk to the casino. The casino complex has several restaurants, bowling alley, live entertainment and sports bar. It was very enjoyable. We were able to find enough in the area and keep busy for three days. It is a short walk from the casino into downtown Dubuque. It is a beautiful area and is very well maintained.

My husband and I are not big gamblers, but we have been here quite a few times...but not just to gamble. For gamblers, I would say it's your typical casino. What we enjoy the most is the live shows they host - concerts/comedians - my recommendation is to ask for a table, and not the floor seats if you go to a show as it is very cramped down there. The buffet has always been good - you will not go away hungry because they have something for everyone. If you just want a snack, the snack bar has some delicious treats too.

We stopped here for Dinner and ate at Mojo's the Sports Bar. Food was ok but it was late and the kitchen was closing. Burgers, wings and other sandwiches were average. The Bowling alley was awesome and a nice surprise. In terms of gaming and the overall Casino we liked it much more than the other Casino Majestic. Close the Mississippi and other attractions.

Good value casino with outstanding eating areas large gambling area, some are bothered with smoke, Iowa allows smoking in gambling areas well controlled but smell lingers. Outstanding buffet open for lunch and dinner, good sports bar, new bowling alleys well maintained
