If you go during the the week you won't have much of a wait if any. Just remember they don't open until 4. On the weekends be prepared to wait at least 1 hour before being seated. We've been there a few times and have always had excellent service and excellent food. When you order a steak and they bring it to you they have you cut into it first to make sure it is cooked right. The free rolls and butter they give you at the beginning are excellent as well. I could make a whole meal out of them. Even if they do make a mistake they do whatever it takes to make up for it. One time we where told about a 45 min. wait. After about an hour we asked how much longer and where told people where taking a little longer than expected and we should be seated soon. For the inconvenience they gave us a coupon for a free appetizer that night.
