We were on our 2nd night of our Dubuque stay, and after having dined the first night at Tony Roma's in our hotel, we decided to go out somewhere for dinner. The concierge gave us the tip on Vinny's and off we went.
Wow! It's an intimate location with a cozy interior, friendly staff, and great food!
We each chose a pasta dish and were disappointed that we were traveling and had to leave the leftovers behind. They would have been oh so good a day later! Their house-made Italian (of course) dressing is very good. Light with a bit of sweetness rather than the vinegar taste that one often gets with an Italian dressing.
And the garlic bread!!! Whew! Even persons on a low-carb diet can turn this down! Buttery, garlicky, warm...
Thank you, Vinny!
