It's true, the soft serve is rather basic but the attraction here is the tradition our family has of walking through the Beaverdale neighborhood on a summer evening for a treat when we're in town. Cute soda fountain tables in a small eat-in area but grab a bench and enjoy the one of a kind neon signs and the experience of sitting outside. We recently had 15 family members visit together and the high school/college students on duty were very friendly and got all of our orders correct.
Cash only. Spring/summer hours only. The Article Blast isn't exactly a Blizzard, just a large cup of basic soft serve with some candy toppings. Several yummy favors for a dip cone and lots of cone sizes, free puppy cones and dogs welcome outside, shakes and malts adequate.
BTW Trip Advisor - not sure why the photo on the header is of a dish of what looks like chicken, rice and olives....
