The dining areas appear dated, but the atmosphere was still quite nice for an intimate dining for two. My wife had the waiter-recommended Olive Chicken( ~$15) and I had a chef's special (Chicken Saltimboca ~$18). Both were prepared well and tasty, but nothing very extraordinary. No beers on tap. The hostess who seated us was paying attention! We were initially led to a table which was not the best for our needs (too out in the open) and although we didn't say anything she must have read our facial expression or body posture and smoothly led us to a different location. That is so rare and welcome.
My overall impression is that Christophers would be a reliable place for a decent , reasonably priced dinner out and we will probably be returning.
