We were in Decorah to visit Toppling Goliath brewery and stopped in for a late lunch. Our first clue that we were in a good spot came with the chips and salsa. The salsa was tasty and had a little kick. The chips were thick and crispy. We were happy. Since the best and most authentic food always comes from the specialties menu we ordered pork chile verde and carnitas de res. Both were excellent thought the pork dish was the best. Everyone around us had enchiladas and tacos and the standard Mexican fare and everything looked good, if standard. I would definitely recommend this place.
