This is a favorite spot on a hot day. My kids would always have a contest to see who could keep their feet in the longest--tough contest to win!

I'm a local, and this spot is always worth a stop for a short hike and to enjoy the sound of the falls. You can walk from downtown, or drive a find parking near the access road or take the road up to the spring itself where there is a small parking area. Bring a picnic or just sit by the falls and enjoy the cool breeze. After your visit enjoy a pint of outstanding beer at Toppling Goliath brewery nearby at the intersection of Quarry Road and College Drive.

The small park is well worth a visit. It is located just off Ice Cave Road. The highlight is an attractive waterfall pouring out of the bluff.

Beautiful place to see, very well maintained. Bring a lunch and spend some time hiking the trails. Easy to get in and out of, close to town

This little gem in Decorah is the perfect place to picnic, especially on a hot day. The area is a complete canopy of trees blocking out the sun and the air that blows off the waterfall is cool. There is nothing quite like eating at the foot of a waterfall :)
