All reviews room was clean red lobster biscuits and gravy waffles would recommend this hotel to anyone lobby area staff was very friendly would stay here again nice stay hot breakfast easy access desk clerk troy pet motel

the motel was not clean. Garbage outside of doorways for two days. Got high just walking down the 2nd floor hallway. Relatives said this motel was a getaway for the school crowd for partying.
Our bathtub did not drain and no one came to fix it after two complaints.
The bedskirts were ripped and the floors not vacuumed.

The maid and person in the breakfast area seemed to be capable, but just doing what they were told to do or not do.

At our last breakfast we overheard the owner telling the manager there was to much lighting in the hallways. I guess the electric bill is more important than the customers.

I do apologize about how you felt but this is not a place for the crowed you mention in your review. I would like to let you know we are doing a remolding to the entire hotel and by the summer time we are hoping to have it all done.

Jazzmyn IS an awesome representative at the Laquinta Inn on E Kimberly RD. She is very very patient and kind. Always smiling, generous, with a great smile. She deserves the best. as long as she"s here, I will always come back

We stayed here for 2 nights, it suited our needs just fine. The staff was very nice and friendly. It definitely needs updating as you can hear every little noise in the hallway, but we will visit the area again.

Rooms a bit worn but clean, beds comfy, breakfast included & very good - hot and cold choices, staff extremely nice & helpful, pet friendly and rates VERY fair - so - IT WORKS! We've stayed here several times!

I called the motel asking if they accepted CLC and they did, the front desk lady was very pleasant and our check on process was very quick and efficient.
The room was very clean and comfortable, when in Davenport Iowa we will definitely be back. Also there is a Red Lobster with in walking distance.
