We came to Davenport for a Memorial Day trip to the family cemeteries. The Hampton was very comfortable, welcoming and clean. The staff was very friendly and the cookies, coffee and fruit that awaited us in the afternoon check in were just what we needed after a long day of travel. The pool and breakfast were also well received by our little ones.

Great hotel, clean as a whistle, and staff were terrific. Great free breakfast and coffee/tea at all hours. Great value for the family. Near Davenport shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, convenient hotel and staff went out of the way to meet our needs. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and the Hampton Inn made a great place for accomplishing all the errands and attending all the associated events. We will stay here the next time we hit the Quad Cities.

This hotel is very clean and the staff is great. They are very service oriented, which is something I don't see on a regular basis is a mid-priced hotel. As a example, we had initially booked a king room and asked for a roll away bed for my 5 year old because that was all that was available. The manager called me the day before our arrival to see if I would prefer two queen beds because they had a cancellation. It was a little thing, but it made our stay more comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel a couple of other times and it has consistently good service. Also, if you have children (or even if you dont) the free breakfast is great. They have a lot of options. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in town.

Update Bedskirts/Curtains could Change the whole feel of this room. These small updates would refresh the dated look. The sheets & bed were very comfortable! The bath, very nice, updated and functionable. Breakfast was very nice. Eggs were pre-made omelets - which were wonderful! Could extend breakfast hours to 1030. People came down and had to walk away because they were 'closed'. When on vacation it's nice to sleep in, this extra time would be appreciated.

As soon as I walked into the room I was impressed the smell was amazing. The sheets where the softest Ive ever slept in a hotel. The service was amazing anytime we needed anything they were there too help with a smile. The breakfast was really good we had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and hashbrown they had other options too.. I do think they need more seating in the breakfast are thou. The pool area was super clean and the hot tub was very relaxing, the locations was good too.

It is wonderful you enjoyed your time with us. We love to be able to read reviews when we did everything we could do ensure 100% guest satisfaction. It is true we do get a bit busy during the breakfast hours; coincidentally, we did have our Hawkeye Room open for breakfast attendee overflow. Nonetheless, it is wonderful to see you enjoyed the breakfast offereings. In terms of functionality, we have struggled with our pool area in the past and after some hard work it is fantastic to see it being appreciated at long last. This place is fine except there was no fridge which Hamptons need in all their hotels. We needed to keep some medicines cool and other Hamptons we have stayed at do have a fridge and at $100 each it would set a standard we could rely on. Loved the easy access to the Granite City Cafe micro Brewery next door, great food and drinks with or without food. Do not settle for chain food when this place has plenty of parking and 50 m from the hotel. Rooms clean all we needed for breakfast included and lovely fresh cut fruit. Hotel has good laundry dryer which we appreciated. Staff very helpful. Manager is Joshua S is not related to myself.

Room Tip: Ask for a fridge in the room like many other Hamptons

Thank you for taking the time to give a detailed review about your experience with us. There are several restaurants within walking distance of our hotel along with a shopping center and a movie theater. We offer breakfast with fresh cut fruit for guests like you in mind. A good healthy breakfast is the best start of any day. It is also great to see you were able to utilize our laundry service; in addition, we also have valet laundry available for those who do not have the time to wash their belongings. I will also be making sure I mention to the staff your feedback about the service you received. We are always looking to show our associates when we do a great job the insight you have provided is a great example of that. Thank you again for taking the time to let the world know what you think of our hotel. I think it is a fair and accurate representation of what our future guests should expect when they stay with us. Hope your journey back to Australia was pleasant. It would be a pleasure to have you with us again.
