“A Surprisingly Good Bargin For The Money”

Check-in was a pleasant surprise. The Front Desk Clerk inquired if I was a member of the Hotel's Rewards Program and I wasn't so she proceeded to give me a good briefing on the benefits of it. Much appreciated. The staff from the Front Desk to the maids were friendly, courteous and professional. Check-in was smooth and fast and the room was cleaned and serviced even though I had arrived 2 hours before check-in. The room is comfortable with a large screen TV in the bedroom and a smaller TV in the sitting room/desk area. The wireless internet was always available and dependable with no outages. The Hotel is clean and by all appearances well maintained. It is quiet and comfortable with free continental breakfast. Microwave and Fridge in the room was helpful as I was on an extended stay.

This hotel has nice sized, clean rooms and friendly employees. I felt safe and the rooms were quiet. The room did not have a microwave nor fridge. The public hallways were narrow and this mid-western girl felt a little claustrophobic. But, the price was good, especially as I used a discount coupon book - easily found along the interstates

Room Tip: The parking lot is small - arrive early

The motel looks very attractive on the outside but as you step in the hallways smell of heavy
cigarette smoke. I thought it was just one hallway but as we walked to the 3rd floor we discovered cigarette smells throughout , including our "non-smoking" bathroom.
The room was clean enough and the breakfast was good. I will look elsewhere when I am in the area.

Stayed Aug 15th, $79.00, Wife and I were going through on I-80 on vacation. Council Bluffs Casinos were just across the highway. Many stores and restaurants near, Mcdonalds, Texas roadhouse, Olive Garden etc..... We took a nonsmoking King room, was quiet and they offered a continental breakfast with waffles. They have an indoor pool and hot tub that is nice. The room needed carpet and had rolls in it, A/C worked well, cable TV was outdated and reception was worse than over the air digital. Free internet was included. Bath/shower & toilet was in separate room from sink. Room had ironing board, iron, hair dryer, desk and chair & two lounge chairs. Room had a strong odor that took a while to get used to. We had to ask them to plug in a standing reading lamp between the two lounge chairs, because there was no outlet near by, however they were very quick to fix this problem. The outlet was actually behind the bed. If I stay in this area again, We will probably look for something nicer!

We stayed in the "Presidential Suite" because my husband really wanted a room with a jacuzzi and it was the least hokey of the theme rooms. It was $173.54 for 1 night with 2 adults, a little high but it's hard to find a hotel room with a jacuzzi in it. The room itself was disappointing. The jacuzzi looked really gross. There was a bottle of aerosol cleaner next to it so my husband tried cleaning it (haha) but the scum wouldn't come off. He said it looked like the tub needed re-enameled. There were a bunch of broken tiles around the tub surround and on the floor in front of the tub. The wallpaper border was peeling in quite a few places and the carpets were really stained. That's when I started looking for things wrong with the room. I made a small pile of trash I found on the floor and took a picture. Overall our experience was good though. I didn't complain at all to the front desk. I just assumed for the price the room would have been in better shape. We still used the tub and it worked fine and everything. We really liked that the pool and hot tub downstairs were open until midnight. It did however suck a little bit that some sort of drain was in our wall so when they drained the hot tub at midnight it sounded like someone had turned our bath tub on full blast. It's a good thing we weren't sleeping yet. Other than that it was really rather quiet considering how busy it was. There was a free breakfast, we didn't check it out though because we already had other breakfast plans.

Checked in on a very cold night...but didn't expect the room to be as cold as it was outside. Suprised the water hadn't frozen in their pipes. Then heater wouldn't warm it up and no sound on TV...so we were moved to 3rd floor same location. Very cold when we entered, but it did finally warm up and the TV had sound.
Bathroom size is unbelieveably small with very small lavatory outside the bathroom. Very, very little room to place your cosmetic bag or shaving kit.
Room is poorly configured. You walk straight into the rack where you're to hand your clothes.
Help had their car parked under the entrance so one couldn't unload at the door, and it was snowing and darn cold. We had to park at the fatherest away parking, and pull our suitcases and laptops though 4-6" of snow. Front door entry wasn't even cleared in the evening when we arrived or in the morning at 9am when we left.

We spent four nights at the hotel and found the personnel extra friendly, room clean and tended every day. The pool and sauna were clean with towels provided in the pool area.
Breakfast is self serve and plenty of variety. Personnel were extremely friendly and helpful.
Located amongst numerous eating places, Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Menards, Target's etc. (too many to mention) The interstate is right there and handy for other attractions. No hidden fees or late charges to on your account. Great stay for the price.
