Three of us ordered rare prime rib and it came back just slightly pink in the very middle. They told us it was "actually" rare but the lighting did not allow us to see it!!! They told us we could come to the kitchen to see it in another light. They attempted to convince us we didn't know what rare was supposed to be even though it was written in the menu. We attempted to contact the manager later and did not receive a response. The poor quality and rudeness of the manager is pointed out to everyone we meet who is thinking of going there.
