“Tired, lost focus”
Reviewed November 10, 2013

Business is still good. The parking lot full. Tables jammed in close. I'm sure they are still making good money, but....

We went there for lunch on Saturday. The wait staff looked and acted tired (perhaps too much partying the night before?). Bringing bread to the table is standard for all the Texas Roadhouse's we have ever eaten at (including this one). Ordered appetizers for our party and asked for bread. Appetizers arrived. Still no bread. Asked again. Finally got some. During our meal, asked for a bread refill. 3 times. Never got it.

Drinks were slow to be refilled.

Steak fries were greasy, soggy.

Booth cushions were badly torn in multiple places.

I certainly expect better from Texas Roadhouse. Attention to detail matters, but I guess it doesn't to them when people keep coming. Still, not horrible. The rest of the food was ok. Service wasn't rude. Place seemed relatively clean.

We went there to eat with our three kids under 5 and the waitress was still very friendly and accomodating. The rolls were extra good.

“Very good for my first time”
Reviewed August 20, 2013

This was my first time at this chain restaurant. I went at lunch time on a Saturday. We go a lower cost due to it being lunch. The food was very good. Peanuts were on the table to shell and munch on until the food arrived. The waitress was a little slow with the drinks but it would not stop me from returning. The building appeared clean and it was interesting to loom at its decorations. I'm not a country music fan but it was playing but not too loud you could not hear the people you were with.

“It is fun to throw the peanuts on the floor.”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

We used to think we had to eat here, but that was before the last two times we went, and it was a 2 hour wait, so we went somewhere else. I think the food was good, but not worth a 120 minute wait. We did enjoy throwing peanuts on the floor. It is ok. Carolyn H
