While is is not a five star hotel, it is 5 star as far as this kind of accomodations that we have found. The king room was very nice. It has an new "square" room layout that was appealing & comfortable. It's close to a casino which we did not visit but noise was not a problem. breakfast was plentiful & tasty.

Courteous staff; very helpful; and if you are here on business you will feel quite comfortable. There is prime parking for Diamond members that makes it easier to bring in supplies. Staff tends to remember those who are repeat and will look to advise on best dinner options. Not to mention with location being in front of a Casino you can easily find time passing by.

Truly great Hotel. Other than people being allowed to partake in the complimentary breakfast in their bare feet, we really have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. As it is still quite new, one can only hope they strive to keep this a top-notch facility.

We were very tired from our journey. Even though it was late, we were still welcomed with warm cookies and given a list of places that would deliver food. In the morning we asked for directions to several places that we wanted to visit and were given very helpful mapquest guidelines. We decided to stay a second night. The process was seamless.
I understand that Hampton (Hilton) is planning some menu changes which will be good. Since we travel and always choose Hampton when we can, we'd appreciate some more variety. Consistency is good, to a point.

Room Tip: This may not occur to others, but our GPS changed the address that we entered, but got us right there. It is in what seems to be a newly developing area and maybe addresses have changed.

Not just the hotel, but the entire surrounding area. It smells like a paper factory or something (as opposed to the smell of pig farms on the way here). It's really bad outside, but it also comes in through the doors and windows.

Otherwise, the 3rd floor is so bouncy you can feel it when people walk down the hall. The wall in the entryway to our room is all scuffed up, and I'm sitting here at the desk typing this while I can hear a voice from the adjoining room booming through the wall.

Between this and our last Hampton Inn stay a few nights ago in Ft Morgan, CO, we're just about ready to pull the plug on future Hampton bookings. Too bad. We used to have consistently good stays at Hampton Inn wherever we went.
