“Old Time Supper Club”
Reviewed August 1, 2012

I heard this was an old time supper club - true. I heard that the patrons might be the originals from the 1920's - may be true (I'm the old guy 60+ and I felt young among the diners there). I heard they had good ribs - sadly, not true. Their ribs are boiled, a real sin, and smothered with a too sweet sauce. Decor is interesting. I might to go back to compare their broasted chicken the the best in the world, which can be found at Mahoney's in Alburnett, Iowa.

The Lighthouse has the best ribs in town...reasonably priced and fall of the bone.
