We were travelling as a party of two adults and four children, and were visiting friends and family in the South side. We booked through the main website and got a great deal on the rooms, so booked two family rooms inter joining, which meant lots more space with two tv`s and two bathrooms.
The staff were excellent from start to finish, always asking if we were ok, and even offered to lend us their satnav as we had a wedding to go to on the Saturday. I cant thank them enough.
Shops were close by for anything that you needed, only five minutes to Silverburn Shopping Complex, and a short drive into the city centre.
The Beefeater is attached and we all enjoyed the buffet style breakfast with Costa Coffee, then four of us opted for the cooked breakfast which was of a good standard. The managers on both mornings were very professional.
All in all a great choice for our family.

I stayed with my husband and two boys last week to catch up with family. We had a fabulous family room which was welcome after a long trip. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The location was great and the restaurant superb. The best premier inn we have stayed in. Very modern and great value as we booked in the jan special offer.

My frail elderly parents stayed for 4 days. They had a really good disabled room with excellent facilities including bathroom. My parents can be demanding customers and they were really impressed with the staff. The reception staff were particularly helpful and kind, including helping them carry their bags to the car and putting them in the boot, and then refusing my father's tip. The room was clean, comfortable and generously sized. Well done and thank you to all staff.

My wife and I stayed mid week in March weather was very cold but we found the room and hotel very comfortable and warm. We received a very warm welcome, our room was well furnished and spacious, the bathroom and shower were very clean. The hotel was just off M77 and was 10 mins from Glasgow with easy access to Ayr. We took advantage of early booking offer and feel it was great value for money. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. A very enjoyable stay - if only the weather had been better!
