I arrived at this hotel at 2am (having travelled 30hours from Europe). Reception desk closed so attempted to checkin via self check machine at hotel entrance. The machine issued me my room key card, however this did not work as was unable to access door to the actual hotel building! Pressed the emergency button & was told to wait. A few minutes later a hotel representative wearing their pyjamas greeted me with a rude response (as clearly I had woken them up!), no acknowledgement or apology given and was made to wait several minutes whilst the key problem was rectified. Rooms clean, comfortable, okay, however service & attitude of staff needs to be improved.
FYI - taxi fare from international terminal was $28, then only $9 back to domestic the following day.
