This is truly top Australian restaurant, fully deserving its rating...it should be 3 Hat!
A group of 7 had the 6 course degusrtaion menu with matching wines for a 40th bithday function and everone was delighted with the food, service, ambience and value for money. Each course was superb...in particular the ravioli of potato with black truffle, the oven rosted suckling pig, and the Sardinian pastry with ricotta and warm honey were all memorable. Sardinian wine was a new experience...somewhat hesitant at first, but the somellier was very patient and we loved every selection...a new pleasurable experience. We had the opltional 7th course of roasted Peretta cheese and honey...not to be missed!!!
