Service is incredibly slow. The last time I went the staff there said they specialize in a slow service so if you want to spend the evening with friends this may be okay but be prepared to wait for your food and service. I will not be back.

Plum's Upper Room is one of our favorite restaurants in the Indianapolis area. The food is excellent and the menu rotates frequently. The staff really know their food and wines and offer great recommendations. The atmosphere is relaxed. They don't rush you to turn over the table. On the contrary, their approach is that the table is yours for the night if you want to simply enjoy the food and your company.

Plum's Upper room is one of those places with extreme charm, elegance, and thoughtful cuisine. I understand the site building held some of the early Women's suffrage meetings sometime during the late Nineteenth Century. A classic old Zionsville Village building.

The menu, found on a full wall chalk board, is very creative with an infusion of locally grown, organic produce, meats and cheeses. The soups and salads are divine, the steak and lamp entrees are delicious, and I all ways require a to go bag, the fish entrees are sublime, ande there is allways a good wild fowl or organic chicken entree that is delicious. I never have room for dessert, but the vegan cakes and cookies appear to be very good.

Reservations are a must!

My wife and I love having dinner at Plum's. The atmoshere is quaint and relaxing - cozy environment, well layed out seating with a combination of tables as well as intimate seating areas with coffee tables, high back chairs and couches. The food is excellent! The menu changes daily/weekly and the chef always has an interesting twist on a typical dish. We've lived in Zville for three years and this restaurant is definitely one of the top 5!

It's best not to bring children to this restaurant. The environment is too intimate and there aren't many distractions for them. The seating is in one large L-shaped room and the tables are fairly close together. We have children and woud recommend a sitter rather than bringing them to Plum's.

They are kind of tucked away, but once you find them, you will go back. Delicious food and a nice atmosphere. Reminds me a lot of a small european cafe or bistro.
