A cold, blustery day in early April we took a car test drive from Granger to Winona Lake, Indiana. We walked around the shops at Winona, no one around too early and too cold and ate at the Boathouse. We shared a late lunch at a great table by the windows. Splitting a spinach salad and a half slab of ribs we were too full for desert. The spinach salad was fantastic and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone fork tender. My wife commented that she didn't need to pick them up with her fingers, just pull the meat with her fork. Less than $20, simple, yet delightful. We're going back in the summer.
