I have stayed at the Baymont Inn and Suites on several occasions in the past while visiting family in Washington. The staff is always very friendly and this visit was no different. We were not sure why we were put in a handicapped room which wasn't too much of an issue except the shower was an issue -- the Inn was certainly not at capacity. But we made due with the shower -- wasn't a major issue. Breakfast was good -- nice selection. Two main concerns --- the Inn is starting to show some age and could use a makeover in some areas. And we were there four days and were amazed that the steps to upstairs remained dirty for our entire stay with what appeared to be a LOT of cookie crumbs. So just questioned the cleaning habits of the housekeeping staff. But those issues aside -- this is a nice Inn to stay when visiting Washington.
Book this motel on Labor day for a room on September 6th. Reread my confirmation and my room was in Dale Indiana. Contacted Washington they did not have my reservation and neither did Dale. They put me on a waiting list of a cancellation and I did get a room. The staff was very helpful in trying to get me a room. Another company was in the getting me a room also. Washington Baymont is top notch and very helpful.
