“The high point of every summer in Warsaw”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 28, 2013

after seeing one production in the summer of 2005, we started buying season tickets. It is totally amazing to see the quality of their productions. Using a mix of local talent, college students and a few professional actors, Wagon Wheel productions rival anything I've seen in Chicago. The physical plant may be aging, but there's not a bad seat since it's in the round. Now a non-profit, the theater also does junior productions with youngsters and teens they are training for musical theater.

“a wonderful show”

We were pleased to be in the area at the time FOREVER PLAID was being presented at the Wagon Wheel Theater. Having previously seen this production I still enjoyed the show. Well done!

“Quality Regional Theater- in- the- Round”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2013

Wagon Wheel Theatre is in its 58th season of entertaining audiences in Warsaw, IN. The theater started in a tent in 1956. This summer's season began June 5th with performances of Shrek, the Musical and will conclude with a favorite production, Forever Plaid on Aug 24th. The theater is a "Theater-in-the Round" so be sure to stay in your seat during the performance. The aisles are in constant use with actors and props entering and exiting! Snacks and beverages are available for purchase before the show and during intermission. I was in Warsaw during the Hello Dolly! performances. Although this play was not my favorite, I really enjoyed the singing, dancing, costumes, and creative set design! I am hoping to attend several more productions before the summer season ends.
