Good for Children under 12. Not for older children. Exhibits are geared to younger group. Took my Newphew who was 13 and there was not much for him to do. There is however a lot for younger Children

This is museum is a favorite for our grandson. He stated he likes it better than his hometown children's museum in Grand Rapids. Lots of interactive displays and special programs are very hands on. Great for whole family.

We visit here often. The price is just right at $7 per person over the age of 2. Many activities and friendly and informative staff.

We really enjoyed the kid's play area. The boys are young and therefore some of the scientific exhibits are a little beyond them but will grow with them. We loved the treehouse and the ball launchers. They enjoyed the water tables and the building areas with lines and a large marble run. Nice gift shop as well. Prices are reasonable. We should have eaten there or closer to the museum. We ate on the outskirts of Terre Haute and probably wouldn't do that again.

our 3 girls (ages 6, 10 and 12) really enjoyed our 2 hour visit to the Terre Haute Childrens Museum today; they were ready to go after 2 hours (especially the 10 & 12 year olds), but plenty of activities to keep them busy; favorites: water table, indoor treehouse where you can shoot "pollen" balls via air guns 30 feet into large wooden flowers hanging on the wall, TV station; there's even live stuff, which surprised me.... bee colony, hissing cockroaches, poisonous yellow frog, salamander; gift shop prices were typical for a museum... somewhat pricey, although they did have a selection of nice t-shirts on clearance for $8-$10; we did not eat at the little cafeteria; STAFF/VOLUNTEERS WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
