Was impressed the moment we walked in. True public house, sat at a table with strangers, but everyone is so friendly in South Bend that it wasn't an issue. Took a suggestion from the waitress on beer and was happy with the selection. Between my coworker and I, we tried the salmon dip app, the shepherd's pie (with cheese!) and the cockels/mussels. All were delicious and authentic. Great atmopshere inside, everyone having a great time. Seems like it gets busy every night, we were there on a Thursday and it was packed.
