Interesting history of the Studebaker family and company. The vehicles range from 1800's horse drawn wagons and buggies to the last car manufactured by the company. This is definitely a great museum for car lovers or anyone who appreciates history.

If you do not know much about the Studebaker line, this museum will sure give you all the information you could ever need! The displays are so well done, well marked with informative signage, and you can take all the photographs you want. You will learn about the Studebaker family, their beginnings, the earliest carriages, cars, and even the important part Studebaker played in the supplying of military equipment. The cars on display are works of art! Add this museum to your bucket list in order to learn about the rich automotive history in the U.S..

I'm a car guy, I confess but I don't know much about Studebakers or at least I didn't until last night. This museum takes the visitor from the very beginning of the company in the 1800's making wagons to the last days of manufacture. Nicely done. If you're a car guy, take the time to stop in.

It doesn't matter if your favorite car was Studebaker, this museum is worth the trip by itself! Huge displays of Studebakers and a few Packards including the last USA built Daytona and the last Studebaker. Do not miss the downstairs area where rotating displays are stored. You'll see Studebakers of various years as well as other displays in that area, including prototypes. A big plus to the experience is the opposite side of the building that is mostly NON-automotive but interesting displays including large amounts of Indiana-made goods that we use every day. Overall, I highly recommend this facility.
