It had been years since I had enjoyed a breakfast at Sorins. Fortunately a colleague suggested Sorins as site for our breakfast meeting. The ambience continues to be first-class. Service is wonderful. The choice and food quality was excellent. We both ordered omelets. My tomato-spinach omelet was packed with delicious fresh spinach. Love that they leave a coffee urn on the table. We were able to eat our breakfast and conduct our business with no interruption. Be sure to get there before October, 2012 when they close for several months of construction!
