So wonderful! There are few places better than the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, but here you get to touch and feed all of the animals- camels, llamas, buffalo, deer, horses, turkeys, goats, zebras, moneys, donkeys, kangaroo (to name a few). The Amish people that run it are fantastic. They really couldn't have been nicer. BRING CASH!!!! They don't take credit cards. I think it was $10 for an adult and 4-6$ for kids for the 30-40 min ride. All of the animals acted like they were pets. They seemed so well taken care of- I would have paid more! This was a super trip for kids, My 18 month old and 3 1/2 yr old LOVED IT!

Our 2 & 6 year old boys loved this farm so much, they asked us to go back repeatedly. They loved feeding the animals; holding/petting animals - particularly the baby chicks & deer; learning from the friendly Amish children, who taught them to drive a cart w/ pony; taking pony rides, etc. The animals seemed very well cared for, and the kids loved getting to be part of the farm! Highly recommend!

The Dutch Creek Farm was amazing! My son (13) and I took the wagon ride through the animal park. The tour guide was the Amish grandfather, and he was very hospitable. We climbed aboard the wagon, pulled by two mares with their colts following along for the tour.

Our first stop was the camels, where we were handed a bucket of feed. The camels stuck their heads over the fence and gobbled up the food. Next, we fed the elk, and were able to touch their antlers. Deer soon surrounded the wagon; a large buck, with several doe. We fed the deer for quite some time, and learned they would follow for most of the tour. Continuing on past the white tail bucks, and does with fawns, and into the main field.

Once we entered the main field, the animals raced to the wagon to begin the feeding frenzy. Our open air covered wagon was soon surrounded by an unusual variety of animals gathering for the treats. We fed the yak, zebra, longhorn steer, camel, goats, buffalo, and more, as they reached their necks into the wagon. The animals seemed used to people, the feeding routine, and appeared comfortable with being petted. This was amazing, our wagon was surrounded by animals. Our wagon continued through the field, making a few more stops along the way, with the animals following behind.

After the wagon tour ended, we toured the petting area. We entered the pen with a doe and two fawns, and fed the deer carrots and marshmellows.

I highly recommend this trip. We had a great time, and can't wait to go back.

We were there for almost 2 hrs today. Our kids (ages 4,3,1) loved it! We took a wagon ride through the animal park, feeding the animals as we went along. After that we took a short walking tour to view a few of the animals a bit more closely. I had never seen a live porcupine before! They have a fun petting area where the kids could interact & feed deer & goats, which they loved. A very down home, fun, family friendly destination. Plus it's (Amish) family owned/operated.
